It's Bread Week, baby! 

Lisa and Allison start the show exchanging notes on naan bread, which is this week's technical challenge. With a tear-and-share loaf also in Lisa's wheelhouse, she explains what Chelsea buns are, and what it takes to turn them into a signature bake.

The girls also muse over the lack of arrogance in GBBO baking contestants,  and wonder if this episode portrayed Rahul as a little sad. A Hollywood handshake was given,  a cat wedding was celebrated in bread, and as always, someone goes home. Bread week!
